AK Record Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of AK Record — including its website, mobile app, casino games, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. The Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with the platform in any way.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. Together, they form the complete agreement between you and AK Record. Continuing to use the platform after any updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use AK Record you must:

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on AK Record. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, they will be merged or closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• All bets, transactions, and activity conducted from your account.
• Logging out of your account on shared or public devices.
• Notifying AK Record support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

AK Record will never contact you requesting your password. Any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as suspicious and reported to our support team.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. AK Record will notify you before any dormancy policy is applied to your account balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on AK Record are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take longer depending on your financial institution.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Before a withdrawal is approved:

• Your account identity must be fully verified.

6. Sports Betting Rules

AK Record offers pre-match and live in-play betting across Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Live odds fluctuate and the price shown when you click may differ slightly from the price accepted — the accepted price will be shown in your bet confirmation.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules. Generally, if a match does not resume within 24 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• For PSL and T20 matches, weather interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results will be honoured as official results for settlement purposes.
• AK Record reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an obvious pricing error or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are visible at the time of bet placement.
